Return Policy

At Okmart, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any return request.
  • Returns are not accepted for size issues, so please check the size chart before ordering.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement.

2. Return Process

  • Website/App: Go to “My Orders,” select the product, and click on “Request Return.”
  • Email Support: Contact support@okmart.in with your order details.
  • Pickup Process: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product.

3. Refund & Replacement

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product clears our quality inspection (5-7 business days).
  • Refunds are credited to your Okmart Wallet or original payment method.
  • No cash refunds are provided. Refunds are given as store credits or transferred to your Okmart Wallet.
  • If an exchange is requested, a new order must be placed after the return is processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Perishable and hygiene-related items.
  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged products.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.
  • Customers must provide a clear video or image proof of the issue.

6. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, you must return the original item and place a new order.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Fraud Prevention & Return Abuse Policy

  • Fake or edited unboxing videos will result in return rejection.
  • Accounts with frequent return abuse may be suspended from future purchases.
  • If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address, reshipping charges will apply.
