1. Shipping Coverage

We ship products all over India using a Standard Delivery Method.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery time are automatically calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location.
Doorstep delivery with real-time tracking is available for all orders.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata) will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing includes verification, packaging, and handing over to the courier partner.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
Customers receive tracking details via SMS, email, and app notifications once the order is shipped.
Express shipping options may be available for select locations.

4. Shipping Charges

Important:
Shipping charges depend on product weight, delivery location, and courier service.
COD orders have additional charges, displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is not available.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products.

How to Request a Return

  • Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery via our website or Okmart mobile app (iOS & Android).
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

Returns Not Accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Used, damaged, or washed products.
  • Items without original packaging and accessories.

Refunds are processed only after quality inspection and will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

6. Track Your Order via Okmart App

  • Customers can track their orders in real time using the Okmart mobile app (iOS & Android).
  • Push notifications will keep you updated about order status, delivery updates, and return requests.
  • Easy return and refund requests can be made directly from the app.

7. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will apply.
  • COD customers must accept the order; frequent refusals may lead to account restrictions.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review product details before ordering.
